科研成果与代表作

已发展了系列羰基化合物的高效不对称催化氢化新反应,实现了多样性手性醇的高效、高选择性不对称合成,并基于多样性手性醇的高效合成新反应和新方法建立和发展了包括加蓝他敏等复杂手性天然产物分子的不对称全合成新策略和新路线,显著提高了手性天然产物的合成效率和选择性。已发表包括J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Chem. Sci., Org. Lett.等在内的学术论文110余篇。代表性研究论文如下:
