3.高效分离介质的设计和构建:(1)基于多孔框架材料(MOFs,COFs,HOFs以及Cages)的柱分离介质用于轻烃气体分离或手性分离;(2)基于多孔框架材料的膜(membrane,thin film)合成以及新性能研究 (分离,燃料电池隔膜等)

长期从事COF均孔树脂熔融合成相关研究,取得系统性创新成果:首创熔融绿色合成法,突破传统溶剂热局限,建立了涵盖多种化学键型与拓扑结构的熔融合成普适性方法,并创立全球首个COF均孔树脂吨级量产平台;创新性地发明通用的热固成型、熔融制膜法,攻克COF均孔树脂多形态成型的关键挑战,并率先实现均孔树脂工业应用和规模推广。张振杰教授共发表论文近200余篇。获批或申请中国发明专利 50余件,PCT和美国专利5件。获批青年科学基金项目(A类)(原国家杰出青年科学基金项目);获侯德榜化工科学技术奖“青年奖”、中国化学会首届菁青化学新锐奖、日本化学会Lectureship Award、美国化学会DIC Young Investigator Award、国家优秀自费留学生奖等,并担任美国化学会Crystal Growth&Design杂志编委、Chinese Chemical Letters、Smart Molecules、结构化学青年编委。
