The research focuses on the frontier field of semiconductor optoelectronic devices, with a series of achievements made in the rational design and preparation of novel semiconductor materials, the physical study of optoelectronic properties, the construction of photoelectric conversion devices, and the analysis of key operating mechanisms. As the first author (including co-first author), nearly 20 papers have been published, including 3 in Nature, 4 in Nature Communications (Nat. Commun.), 1 in Science Advances (Sci. Adv.), 2 in Angewandte Chemie International Edition (Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.), 3 in Advanced Materials (Adv. Mater.), and 1 in Joule.
