Scientific Achievements & Selected Publications
Prof. Jia has long been engaged in research on single-molecule functional devices and related device physics, with representative advances in single-molecule switches and field-effect device platforms. He has published more than 120 peer-reviewed papers, including more than 90 as (co-)first or (co-)corresponding author and more than 70 in the past five years, in journals such as Science, Science Advances, Nature Communications, Journal of the American Chemical Society, and Chemical Reviews. As of January 2026, his publications have been cited more than 8,700 times and his h-index is 41.
